VPP Registration Information

REGISTRATION RATES:

  • Level One: $325 (1 Table + 1 Conference Registration)
  • Level Two: $625 (2 Tables + 2 Conference Registrations; Vendor logo on conference sponsors webpage)
  • Level Three: $925 (3 Tables + 3 Conference Registrations; 3″ x 5″ ad in the program and logo on the sponsors page)
  • Additional tables: $60 each

If registering for the conference as a member, you must be an Advocate or above Member level to purchase tickets. Need to update or renew your membership level? Visit this link to upgrade or renew, then come back and sign up.

Table Setup Includes:

  • 2 chairs per table
  • Tablecloth and skirt
  • Tables: 8’ x 30”

CONFERENCE VENUE(S)

The VPP Fair and many other conference programs (Panels, INKubators, some Exhibitions, Open Portfolio Sessions, Artisan Fair, the Mentor/Mentee program) will be held at at the conference Hotel, the Hilton Caribe, conveniently located on the water and close to Old San Juan. Other programs will be held at La Liga de Arte, Escuela de Artes Plásticas y Diseño (EAPD), Universidad de Puerto Rico Recinto, Río Piedras (UPRRP)

LODGING
You are responsible for booking and paying for your lodging. Discounted lodging blocks have been reserved at the Hilton Caribe, and you can reserve your room here.  All rooms and rates are subject to availability.

    • Set Up: 11 AM – 5 PM
  • Thursday, April 3, 2025
    • Fair Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM
  • Friday, April 4, 2025
    • Fair Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM
  • Saturday, April 5, 2025
    • Fair Hours: 9 AM – 12 PM
    • Breakdown and Pack Up: 12 PM – 5 PM

ELECTRICITY
Limited spots are available for electricity for a $50 fee on a first-come, first-served basis, so register early if you need electricity.

Shipping Information
Items can be shipped ahead of time to Caribe Hilton Hotel, 1 San Geronimo Street, San Juan, PR 00901. Address packages to yourself for easy identification. Deliveries can be accepted from March 28 to April 1, 2025. Note that the hotel charges a $1 movement fee for all boxes shipped.

After the conference, you can pack your items and leave them with the convention center, which will arrange for pickups based on the scheduled pick up you have coordinated. Ensure each parcel has a return label attached before pickup. Returns should be scheduled for no earlier than Sunday, April 6, 2025.

ACCOMMODATIONS & ACCESSIBILITY
The Hilton Caribe and most of the associated conference venues meet ADA requirements, and we are committed to assisting attendees with special needs. Accommodation requests should be noted in registration, and if you have accessibility questions or would like to speak to us directly, please email DEIA@sgcinternational.org.

Let us know if you have any accessibility requests, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Gridwall and/or panels may be used for display behind your table; purchase, installation, and removal are the vendor’s responsibility. Display materials cannot be attached to conference center walls.

 

AWARDS PARTY
The last night of the conference will be the ever-popular awards party, and we are happy to let you know that this year it will be FREE with conference registration! Join us for awards presentations, local food, and performances!

The awards party is free for conference attendees; sign up in registration.

ART, PRODUCT & EXPERIENCE AUCTION
Once again, we’re excited to host a silent auction which will be located at the Hilton Caribe. While the auction features physical artworks, all bidding will occur online. We warmly invite you to consider donating a piece of art, a product, or a unique experience to support this event. Your contributions will make a meaningful impact!

ITEMS FOR INCLUSION IN CONFERENCE TOTE BAGS
If you would like to donate samples or promotional materials (stickers, pamphlets, flyers, sample materials, etc.) for inclusion in conference bags, please email abarrios@sgcinternational.org for more details.

 

NO TICKETS AVAILABLE?
Are you seeing this message after attempting to register for the conference? You are probably facing one of the following issues:

  • you are not logged in to the system
  • you do not have a current membership and need to renew
  • you are not an advocate level membership and need to upgrade 

CANCELLATION FEE
In the event that you need to cancel your registration, we will issue a refund for your registration fee, deducting a $75 per table processing charge
