CONFERENCE VENUE(S)
Many conference programs will be held at the conference Hotel, the Hilton Caribe, conveniently located on the water and close to Old San Juan. Other programs will be held at La Liga de Arte, Escuela de Artes Plásticas y Diseño (EAPD), Universidad de Puerto Rico Recinto, Río Piedras (UPRRP)

ACCOMMODATIONS & ACCESSIBILITY
The Caribe Hilton and most of the associated conference venues meet ADA requirements, and we are committed to assisting attendees with special needs. Accommodation requests should be noted in registration, and if you have accessibility questions or would like to speak to us directly, please email DEIA@sgcinternational.org

LODGING
You are responsible for booking and paying for your lodging. Discounted lodging blocks have been reserved at the Hilton Caribe, and you can reserve your room here.  All rooms and rates are subject to availability.

MENTORING SESSIONS
Mentoring Sessions are one-on-one and are available for individuals at all stages of their careers – whether you are an undergraduate student thinking about an MFA, a graduate student seeking career advice, an independent artist looking to start a press, or someone in a tenure-track position looking for advice about navigating academia. Mentors are SGCI members who are experienced professionals and want to serve our membership and foster interest in our field.

Sessions will be held on Saturday, April 5, 9am -11:45am at the Hilton Caribe.
Session 1: 9:00-9:30am
Session 2: 9:45-10:15am
Session 3: 10:30-11:00am
Session 4 : 11:15-11:45am

MEMBER PRINT EXCHANGE
The Member Print Exchange is an exchange whereby members create an edition that is turned in during the first half of the conference, and receive an exchange portfolio of 12 ‘surprise’ prints at the end of the conference to take home! In between, the prints will be on display at the Member Print Exchange Exhibition. There is no restriction as to the number of participants in this exchange. Sign up during online registration!

OPEN PORTFOLIOS
Sign up for one of the ever-popular open portfolio sessions in your registration. These sessions provide a fantastic opportunity to showcase and sell your work while networking for job prospects, residencies, and educational opportunities. Don’t miss out!

Sessions will be held on Thursday, April 3, 12:45-5:30 at the Hilton Caribe.
Session 1: 12:45 pm – 1:45 pm 
Session 2: 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Session 3: 3:15 pm – 4:15 pm
Session 4: 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm

Participation in a session of Open Portfolios is $25 for Professionals and $20 for Students, sign up in registration. Find out more details here. 

AWARDS PARTY
The last night of the conference will be the ever-popular awards party, and we are happy to let you know that this year it will be FREE with conference registration! Join us for awards presentations, local food, and performances!

Once again, we’re excited to host a silent auction which will be located at the Hilton Caribe. While the auction features physical artworks, all bidding will occur online.
