Insurance: Works should be insured for $100.00 each during the exhibition and for $1000.00 total for shipping. Insurance is the responsibility of the exhibitor/shipper. All artists have released liability to SGCI and the hosting institution for their work and this insurance is primarily for frame/mat/plexi replacement cost.
Sales: All sales inquiries should be addressed to the coordinator, who will contact the artists. No fees will be charged for sales by the SGCI. Specific works in the exhibition are not for sale during the duration of the traveling exhibition, but reprints or additional works may be available through the artists.
Publicity: The exhibitor shall be responsible for all publicity. Copies of all publicity, reviews and other printed material related to the exhibition should be forwarded to the coordinator at the close of the exhibition.
Rental Fee: A fee of $175.00 shall be paid to SGCI within 30 days of the close of the exhibition. An invoice will be provided.
Shipping Cost: The exhibitor shall be responsible for the shipping and shipping cost to the next destination. Work may be shipped as “printed matter” or “display material” classification to lower shipping costs. Works should be shipped by common carrier.
